The PGA of Czech Republic invites you to a workshop with the CPG’s Knowledge & Development Advisory Panel Chair, and Chair of the Ryder Cup European Development Trust, Jonathan Mannie, on the topic of how to build and defend a clear training and competition plan for ages 14 – 19 (annual structure + the logic behind tournament selection).
The workshop also covers
- How to prioritise skills over time and define “must have” standards at 14, 16 and 18 (technique, short game / putting, course management, mental resilience, physical readiness)
- How to integrate everything into one process (technique, short game, course management, mental work, fitness and recovery) including examples of a normal training week vs a tournament week (simple microcycles coaches can copy)
