The 2019 Abu Dhabi Pro-Am Presented by Troon Golf is set to take place from 02 – 07 February 2019 at the renowned Saadiyat Beach and Abu Dhabi Golf Clubs.
Competitors will play 54 holes with two rounds on the Gary Player-designed home of the Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Open, Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, and one round at the venue of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, Abu Dhabi Golf Club.
Professionals will be competing for a total prize fund of €30,000* with a guaranteed €500 awarded to all Professionals, whilst amateurs will play for excellent overall prizes and daily longest drive and nearest the pin awards.
All Pro-Am competitors will stay at the Middle East’s “Best International Golf Resort” (Golf Digest 2018), The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa, and will be treated to various event amenities and off-course events including a welcome reception and post-tournament dinner and prize presentation.
Players participating in the event will also be able to visit some of the best sites Abu Dhabi has to offer, including Louvre Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Yas Island attractions.
PGA Professionals’ entry is free when accompanied by a team of three amateurs and amateur entries are AED 8,499 (approx. €1,995**) per amateur and include:
- Minimum 5 night stay at The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa (Bed & Breakfast)
- 1 practice round and 3 rounds of Championship Golf
- Full use of practice facilities throughout Tournament days
- Welcome Reception & two Lunches
- Gala Dinner & Prize Presentation
- Tournament Welcome Pack
- Golf Transfers
