Four More Years For PING1 min read

Posted on: 1st Sep 2015

Confederation of Professional Golf Corporate Partner, PING, has extended their agreement with the Association for four more years taking the successful partnership to 11 years.

The partnership began in 2008 after the leading manufacturer joined the Association’s portfolio of Corporate Partners reflecting the company’s involvement in many of the Confederation of Professional Golf member countries as well as their tireless support of the PGA Professional.

PING are set to unveil a brand new, state-of-the-art, showroom at their Gainsborough headquarters, which will showcase the now unified clothing and hardware ranges. The brand will also use the advanced facility as a training room, regularly inviting PGA Members to visit and learn about the methodology PING has utilised since 1959.

“Ping continue to be fantastic partners for our Association,” explained Confederation of Professional Golf Chief Executive, Ian Randell.

“Their business ethos and commitment to quality and innovation very much align with our own ideals, and the longevity of the partnership is testament to the strong relationships that exist between our two organisations and the benefits that we can bring to each other.”

“Ping and PGA Professionals have very common interests and objectives so this is a very comfortable partnership that has stood the test of time, and will continue to do so” said John Clark, Managing Director of Ping Europe.
