
The PGA of South Africa World Club Pro-Am will join the Confederation of Professional Golf’s Sanctioned Event schedule from 25th February to 4th March 2017 taking place in the beautiful region of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
The fourth edition of the Pro-Am will take place over 90 holes with a Fourball Alliance Stableford format and Professionals competing for an overall prize fund of US$ 210,000, with a minimum appearance fee of US$ 1,000 for Professionals.
Competitors will have the chance to play some of South Africa’s best courses in the form of Durban Country Club, Beachwood Country Club, Cotswold Downs Golf Estate, and Zimbali Country Club.
The 2016 edition of the Pro-Am was won by the PGA of France’s Julien Gressier after converting his lead into a 190-point total bagging the winner’s cheque for US$ 33,285.
Pro-Am entry includes a full golfing package of five days of competitive golf across 90-holes of KwaZulu-Natal’s premier courses, plus seven nights 5-star accommodation sharing, along with:
- Hole-in-One luxury car prizes for the Amateurs and Professionals
- 5-star Gala Awards Banquet
