The second edition of the exclusive Confederation of Professional Golf-Sanctioned Pro-Am has been added to the 2015 tournament calendar and will see The Invitational Pro-Am teams compete across three rounds at the prestigious Portuguese resort, Quinta do Lago.

From Thursday 29th until Saturday 31st October, 60 teams comprising of one Professional and one amateur will compete across Quinta do Lago’s North, South and Laranjal courses located in Portugal’s Algarve region, offering amateurs the opportunity to experience one-to-one competitive golf with established PGA Professionals and potential ‘Stars of the Future’.

Professionals will compete in the Individual Invitational Championship for a prize fund of €70,000 along with their amateur partners in The Invitational Team Championship, whilst also receiving gift packs for all competitors throughout the tournament.

“We are delighted to be hosting the Pro-Am in the Algarve at these 3 prestigious venues,” said Khurram Mian, Chief Executive Officer of HKH Sports & Media LLC.

“With these fantastic courses, as well as being able to support The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and The Anderson Foundation again, the event promises to be a memorable occasion for everyone involved.”

The Invitational Pro-Am 2015 team packages are £3,000 per team and include:

  • Courtesy practice round
