Golf Genius, the leading provider of cloud-based golf software solutions, has become the latest service provider for the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO), in its mission to support tour operators with a digitally enhanced golf trip offering.
As a service provider, Golf Genius will empower IAGTO members to provide golfers with an enhanced golf trip experience through its flagship product – Tournament Management. The software company already works with numerous tour operators including Connoisseur Golf, Golfing Days and Sullivan Golf Travel.
“Tour Operators are a very important part of the golf ecosystem, helping to drive player participation and enjoyment of the game. We’re ideally placed to help develop their offered trip experiences in a more engaging and digitally enhanced way, making a real difference to the trip experience for their customers,” comments Craig Higgs, Managing Director at Golf Genius International.
Through recent integrations with travel app provider, Vamoos, Golf Genius has grown its reputation as a supplier of market-leading software to the golf travel industry. Through this collaboration and their respective IAGTO relationships, the two companies will be utilised to power the golf days at IAGTO’s IEC, NAC and AGTC conferences in 2024, in addition to other golf familiarisation trips.
Peter Walton, Chief Executive at IAGTO, added: “The addition of Golf Genius as a service provider is a fantastic opportunity for tour operators to incorporate a technology driven solution into their service and internal operations.
“By encouraging repeat business through an elevated golfing experience and efficient management of golf trips, tour operators will massively benefit from this relationship, and we encourage our members to embrace Golf Genius’ solutions and support them.”
“As a luxury Tour Operator, Golf Genius provided us with a real time scoring solution on an easily downloadable app. It takes our events to the next level, removes dozens of hours of work, and allows us to concentrate on hosting our clients,” comments Jim Stewart, Director at Connoisseur Golf.
