Gloria Celebrates 20th Anniversary With Inaugural Nuri Özaltın Gloria Pro-Am2 min read

Gloria Hotels & Resorts will celebrate its 20^th year of operation with the first staging of the 2017 Nuri Özaltın Gloria Pro-Am from 13-20 May giving PGA Professionals and their amateur teammates the chance to compete in not one, but two Pro-Am events. 

The 2017 Nuri Özaltın Gloria Pro-Am week will kick off with a one-day Texas Scramble event, followed by the two-day ‘Gloria Pro-Am’ a rest day in the middle of the week where competitors can sample Gloria’s various world-class facilities, and then finally the two-day ‘Nuri Özaltın Pro-Am’.

Located just 30km away from Antalya International Airport in the year-round holiday destination of Belek, Gloria Hotels & Resorts is a five-star venue and part of the renowned Turkish company Özaltin Holding.

Set where the Mediterranean and the Taurus meet in a total area of 212 hectares, the resort features three hotels – Gloria Golf Resort (opened in 1997), Gloria Verde Resort (opened in 2001) and Gloria Serenity Resort (opened in 2007) – as well as the Gloria Villas and Gloria Golf Club.

Gloria’s 20^th anniversary celebrations will continue throughout 2017 alongside several high-profile events including The Turkish Airlines European Challenge Tour event (April 20-23), the Gloria Ladies Open Week (April 23-30), having already hosted the Confederation of Professional Golf’s Annual Congress and International Team Championship in January.

There is no Pro-Am participation fee for each participating Professional with a team of 3 amateurs, with amateur packages starting at €1150 Euros per person:
