14th Edition of Aegean Airlines Pro-Am Sets Sights on September2 min read

The Aegean Airlines Pro-Am will take place for the 14th time from 17 – 21 September 2019 at Costa Navarino in Greece, further cementing its place as one of the world’s finest Pro-Am events.

With a Professional prize fund of €70,000, the hugely popular 54-hole event will see PGA Professionals and amateur golfers from around the world compete over the world-famous courses at Costa Navarino in the Messinia region of Greece.

The 2018 event was won by PGA of Greece Professional, Henrik Engdahl, who completed an hugely emotional week with the event taking place only a few weeks after the passing of the creator of the Pro-Am, Chairman of Aegean Airlines, and friend and pupil to Engdahl himself, the late, great Mr Theodore Vassilakis.

There is no Pro-Am package fee for each participating professional bringing a team of three amateurs, and amateur packages start at €1510, and include:

  • 5 nights BB accommodation at Westin Resort, Costa Navarino
  • 2 Aegean Airlines Pro-Am rounds (1 day at The Dunes Course and 1 day at The Bay Course)
  • Official practice round (1 round at The Dunes Course or 1 round at The Bay Course)
  • Participation in the Aegean Airlines Cup 2019 – 1 round / 18 holes, 21/09/2019
  • Bus transfers (Kalamata airport to/from Hotel – transfers to/from Dunes & Bay Courses) *Only for arrivals on the 1st day of the tournament
  • Golf balls for practice
  • Shared buggies for all rounds
  • On-course refreshments and snacks for 4 tournament rounds
  • Welcome pack with gifts
