Job Description
The Egyptian Golf Federation (EGF) is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated PGA-qualified Professional to join its performance team as Assistant National Coach.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of the continued development of golf in Egypt, working directly with National Squad players and supporting Egyptian teams in domestic and international competition.
Reporting to the Head National Coach & Director of Pathways, the successful candidate will be based permanently in Egypt and provide the consistent, high-quality day-to-day coaching presence at the heart of the EGF National Programme.
The Role
The Assistant National Coach will be responsible for:
• Regular individual coaching of National Squad and priority players
• Delivering and monitoring Individual Player Development Plans
• Planning and delivering National Squad sessions and training camps
• On-course coaching, tournament preparation and performance support
• Monitoring player practice, statistics, performance data and engagement
• Supporting Egyptian National Teams at designated international championships
• Working collaboratively with players' personal coaches
• Supporting emerging talent and priority Junior Pathway players
• Mentoring and developing identified Egyptian National Coaches
• Contributing to the continued development of the EGF High Performance environment
The role will involve significant player contact alongside domestic and international tournament travel.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is passionate about coaching and developing players.
The successful candidate will be a recognised PGA Professional or equivalent, with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and experience working with competitive golfers.
Previous experience within National Teams, elite amateur golf, High Performance environments or international competition would be advantageous.
More importantly, we want someone who is: Ambitious. Energetic. Professional. Adaptable. Player-focused. Someone who wants to be on the ground coaching, challenging players, building relationships and making a measurable difference.
