THE MENTAL TOUGHNESS PROGRAMME
This unique online mental resilience programme consists of seven modules covering all aspects of psychology and golf.
The modules are designed to help you and your students analyse and systematically improve their mental skills.
Each chapter starts with an assessment and is followed by theory and exercises split into home drills, exercises at the practice facilities and finally on the golf course and during competitions. The programme is useful for golfers of all levels.
SUPPORTING YOUR COACHING

Students go through an MTP assessment to get baseline measurements. Results provide insights into the status of the 7 components of the mental part of golf.

Students can then progress through 7 modules to develop in each area of the mental game of golf. Each module contains unique exercises to support your coaching of the student.

Students have access to member-only video content, tests, podcast and exercises – allowing them to work alone between lessons.
