Worked in 9 different states with a team of soccer coaches setting up and implementing soccer camps with a 5 day duration for up to 100 children ageing between 5 years to 21 years old.
The role of soccer coach included creating lesson plans, coaching games and developing students to increase confidence and ability.
Promoted to Camp Coordinator due to the recognition of my leadership skills which included tasks such as dealing with parents directly in a professional manner, directing other coaches and organising coach transport.
