9TH AESGC INTERNATIONAL PRO-AM
AL AIN EQUESTRIAN, SHOOTING & GOLF CLUB, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

The AESGC International Pro-Am returns in 2023 for its 9th edition at Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting & Golf Club [AESGC] in the United Arab Emirates, from 30 January – 03 February.

The Pro-Am event sees up to 28 teams of 1 PGA Member and 3 amateurs compete over 72 holes for both the Team Pro-Am and individual Professional titles – with the Pro event carrying a prize fund of €28,000*.

A week of championship golf, combined with fantastic social events off the course, as well as other activities including a Par-3 competition on AESGC’s Academy course and a shooting competition at AESGC’s world-renowned shooting club facility.

2022 Champion and four-time AESGC International winner, Chris Gane (PGA of GB&I) said of the event: “I’m lucky to be able to come out from the UK this time of year to play…and it’s the same for the team, it’s such a nice place and they feel great about being here.”

There is no Pro-Am package fee for each participating professional bringing a team of three amateurs with amateur packages start at AED 5,750 (approx. €1590) per person, including:

• 6 night’s accommodation in the Al Ain Rotana, including breakfast and taxes. Sunday 29 January – Friday 03 February (check out Saturday 04 February)
• €28.000 professional prize fund*
• Transport to and from the hotel for practice round and 4 tournament days
• Complimentary use of all Academy facilities including the par 3 course throughout the event
• Official practice round on Monday 30 and entry to the Pro-Am team event: Tuesday 31 – Friday 03
• Shared golf carts for practice and 4 competition rounds
• Buffet lunch at the golf clubhouse on Monday 30 – Friday 03
• Gala dinner and Awards Ceremony with drinks on Friday 03
• Optional Par 3 Golf Tournament and Shooting Tournament
