PGA of Finland Trainees Raise €4000 for Ukraine1 min read

Posted on: 13th May 2022

During a recent training event at Nurmijärvi Golf, PGA of Finland Trainee Professionals raised over €4,000 to support children in Ukraine.

They raised the funds by organising a clinic for 30 of the golf club’s members, giving lessons in putting, chipping, bunker play, and full swing, along with offering a club-fitting session and playing holes on the golf course as well.

The event created a win-win scenario for all involved, with club members learning something and developing their games, Trainee PGA Members completing their assessments as part of the training developing their organisation and communication skills, whilst being able to raise funds for a worth cause.
