Advanced Fellow of the PGA, Ian Peek, was invited to speak at this year’s Golf Europe at Messe Augsburg, Germany, and delegates were treated to an insight into the business of golf coaching and what has made Peek so successful in the industry.

As with all the Confederation of Professional Golf and PGA of Germany, seminars in the Golf Europe “Learning Zone”, Peek detailed main topics to form his ‘Top-3’ aspects within three particular elements of his niche [click the Seminars to download the Presentation notes]:

  • Top-3 Tips to Growing your coaching business
  • Top-3 Tips to Smart Investment in Your Coaching Business
  • Top-3 Tips for the Best Training Aid Stations

Peek focused on what Professional coaches should be looking at from the business perspective of what they do and how best to go about creating a profitable business – “The theme really for all three sessions was be prepared to make change; do great things; and tell everyone about the great things you’ve done. That’s the three keys to success”.

“I think it’s great the show’s back on the road”, explained Peek of the return of Golf Europe, “It’s going to go from strength to strength. I see more and more colleagues looking for further education at these shows, so it’s a winner.”
