The skills I have acquired over the years include teaching, retail sales, club repair, member services, running member competitions, organising and running corporate golf days for leading companies, overseeing the operations of a pro-shop, rostering of staff, increasing staff knowledge of the golf industry and products and the day to day running of the golf course and conducting golf clinics around Melbourne to Men, Ladies and Juniors or all ages and abilities.
I constantly strive to achieve goals in the workplace and am committed to upholding organisational values. I gain great satisfaction from contributing to the overall goals of the organisation by completing my work to a high standard and working within and across different aspects of the golf club. I pride myself on providing accurate information to members and guests, and giving high quality advice to golf players who walk in and

Running member golf competitions, club repair, member customer services, receiving green fees, competition fees. Golf Tuition - Individual - Working with members to improve their game at all ability levels. Teaching 30-50 members on a regular basis. Junior Clinics - Implementing a Junior program to improve their knowledge of the game and increase enjoyment of the game of golf. Mygolf programs - Working with the PGA and Golf Victoria to implement junior programs. Coordinated 3 Successful PGA Pro-Ams, Working with Golf VIC on the Sporting Schools program. Implementing golf events for the members and guests. Implementing Ladies Swing Fit classes to increase Lady participation to golf - 2 Swing fit programs and 4 Give golf a go programs for Ladies in 2015.
