Job Description
The PGA Professional will play a crucial role in our golf operations, providing expert instruction, managing daily golf activities, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all golfers.
*Golf Instruction:*
- Provide golf lessons to players of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement junior golf programs and clinics.
- Utilize modern teaching aids and technology to enhance instruction.
*Member and Guest Relations:*
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the facility.
- Engage with members and guests to build strong relationships and enhance their overall experience.
The candidate must be fluent and proficient in English. Regarding compensation, the candidate will receive 75% of the fees from their lessons. Full administrative support will be provided to facilitate settling in and initiating a long-term development project.
Qualifications
This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for the game, excellent customer service skills, and a strong background in golf.
