I have been a Head Golf Professional for 7 years and the Director of Golf for the past 3 years at Bayonet Black Horse. I believe in my ability to provide an exceptional working culture, promote unparalleled customer service and continue the rich tradition at a Golf facility

I am always looking to create and promote the next new program, which will enhance the members and guests experience and generate revenue to the bottom line. In 2014 I was honored by my peers and be the recipient of The 2014 Golf Professional of The Year for Northern California PGA Section. Rounds & Revenue Generation:
Accountable for increasing rounds by 21,000 from 52,000 in 2010 to 73,153 in 2013

Developed new marketing channels to increase green fee revenue by $450,000 in 2011

Implemented a 36-hole special in 2014 which has generated over $375,830 in revenue over the last 4 years
Created new membership program in 2011 producing $75,000 in the first year

Program Development:
Established the Bayonet Black Horse Golf Academy which has generated over $827,804 in the last five years

Created Bayonet Black Horse Golf Expo in 2013 which generates over $30,000 in merchandise sales in one day over the last three years

Created Wedge clinic days which help us sell more than 450 wedges in 2015
Implemented custom Scotty Cameron fitting days which generated $16,000 in putter sales the first 3 months
Developed short game seminar which generated 152 wedges and $22,000 sales in one day.

Business & Financial:
Develops and manages annual Golf Operations budget in excess of $6,000,000
Generates monthly variance reports based on month to month and year to year revenue

Develops weekly forecast reports to ensure monthly revenue is in line with targeted budget

Analyzes expenses on a daily/weekly time frame to ensure operating cost are at or below budget

Marketing Initiatives:
Develop and implement a $170,000 marketing budget for golf operations
Conduct surveys related to buying decisions on how golfers decide where they’ll play and purchase equipment
Develop and manage competitive analysis on area market memberships and green fee rates

Created zip code analysis spreadsheet to determine how far players were traveling to play our facility

Developed social media campaign to increase email database by 2,000 users in one month
Currently uses Google analytics to monitor website traffic, online bookings and sales on bbhgolf.com

Responsible for managing and developing all content for Bayonet Blackhorse website
Oversee all marketing initiatives related daily golf operations

Accountable for negotiating and implement online and print advertising campaigns with the PGA of America, amateurgolf.com, SF Gate, CSN Bay Area Sports, Golfweek and Golf Associations for the following regions; Northern California, Arizona, Chicago, Southern California and Pacific Northwest.

Extensive knowledge of Facebook advertising
Responsible for developing content and implanting $17,000 Social media campaign

Oversee a $15,000 Google ad words campaign

Team Development & Mentoring:
