<p><strong>Format:</strong> Workshop</p>
<p><strong>Description:</strong></p>
<p>The PGA of Czech Republic invites you to a workshop with the CPG&#8217;s Knowledge &amp; Development Advisory Panel Chair, and Chair of the Ryder Cup European Development Trust, Jonathan Mannie, on the topic of how to build and defend a clear training and competition plan for ages 14 &#8211; 19 (annual structure + the logic behind tournament selection).</p>
<p>The workshop also covers</p>
<ul>
<li>How to prioritise skills over time and define &#8220;must have&#8221; standards at 14, 16 and 18 (technique, short game / putting, course management, mental resilience, physical readiness)</li>
<li>How to integrate everything into one process (technique, short game, course management, mental work, fitness and recovery) including examples of a normal training week vs a tournament week (simple microcycles coaches can copy)</li>
</ul>

8:30 – 9:00 registration<br />
9:00 – 12:00 teoretical part<br />
12:00 &#8211; 13:00 lunch (included in fee)<br />
13:00 – 16:00 teoretical / practical part<br />
16:00 – 17:00 Q&amp;A</p>
