Afternoon Talk and Discussion (delivered in German):

Norway has produced elite athletes for years from a population smaller than Austria’s. Economic philosopher, entrepreneur and former elite athlete Anders Indset puts this down to a shared mindset, which he describes in his book Wikinger Kodex.

The afternoon looks at what that mindset means for finding, developing and keeping talent, followed by a moderated discussion on federations, clubs, schools, business and the role of golf. Aimed at coaches, federations and clubs, sport managers and business leaders, with time for questions with Anders.
